About Us:
In 2009, a vision took root in the charming town of Cheshire, Connecticut. It was a vision that sought to elevate the simple act of savoring a cup of coffee to an art form, an experience that would resonate with the discerning tastes of a diverse clientele. With unwavering dedication, Nancy & Nick DeGrazia with their son Jason opened our first store, and developed the roasting profiles and our proprietary blends of chai and matcha and from that day forward, the world of coffee would never be the same.
Our journey of passion and innovation led us to our second location in Waterbury, Connecticut in 2013, where we continued to spread our love for the art of coffee. This expansion marked not only the growth of our physical footprint but also the growth of our commitment to crafting coffee that’s second to none.
After 14 years, Nancy & Nick decided to retire. Chien-ju Lin and Gary Martin have embraced the foundation they built, continuing to uphold the values established by Nancy and Nick while infusing new energy and innovation.
